Customers have the right to cancel their order free of charge at any time before the order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
RETURN INFORMATION
Your order will be packed personally for you. Therefore, we would like to ask you not to order several sizes but to look at the size tables for the respective product or to write your size question by e-mail to info@josephatelier.de. If you are not satisfied with your order, it would be a shame, but of course possible.
Returns are accepted within 14 working days starting of the arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. If you want to return an order, please write us an email with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. If we are getting returns without authorisation we will return them to the sender. The shipping costs for the returned parcel have to get paid by the customer.
As soon as an accepted return will arrive in our office, we will refund the money through the same way you sent it us within three to five business days.
