How does your early access work?

Sign up for our newsletter to get early access. That's it! As a subscriber, you will get an email with the password and store link on the drop day at 12 pm. After 60 minutes, we'll close the shop and open it up again for everyone at 6 pm. Even with early access, supply is limited. First comes, first served.❤️

Why is everything always sold out?

Our collections consist of limited pieces, so we often can sell out quickly. If you find our store sold out, look at our Instagram account and newsletter. There you can find out if we are planning a restock. If not, don't worry. Exciting new things will always follow.

Is there going to be a restock?

We seldomly restock. However, you can register for your favorite product and size on the product page right after the drop. We will notify you if single sizes become available again.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automatically generated summary email from us. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. Still missing? Write an email to info@josephatelier.de. We will find your order or help you with any trouble.

My order hasn't arrived yet, even though I received a shipping confirmation.

You should have received a tracking number from DHL or Asendia (for international shipping). If you ordered from Germany, enter the number under this link to receive all shipping details: (https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html). Ordered from outside of Germany? I contacted you and didn't get an answer. What happened?

That sounds strange, as we really take our community seriously. Please forgive. Usually, this shouldn't take longer than three days. Please check on your side if you wrote to the correct email address, which is info@josephatelier.de. Additionally, it would be great to check if your mailbox has enough space for our mail to reach you. If everything is fine, that's on us. Please reach out again!

How do your pieces generally fit?

Our pieces have an oversized fit. The cropped tees and cropped longsleeves fit true-to-size. You will find the corresponding size table on the product page. We offer our products from size XS to size XXL.

How to find the perfect fit?

First, start with the size table on the product page. Then, look at the photos on the product page, which show different sizes on different people and give you a reference of the sizes they wear and their height.

How should I take care of my pieces?

Please be careful with things you love. Generally, we advise you the following: Machine wash max 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, low iron, wash with similar colors, and turn inside out before washing. Intensive colors might leak some color with the first wash.

How long is the shipping time?

This depends on the type of collection. We instantly ship most collections on the first working day after the drop. From then on, it usually takes 3-4 working days to arrive within Germany. That said, we have print-to-order collections and special drops, which can take up to 3-4 weeks as we produce the pieces after the order. Stay up-to-date by subscribing to our newsletter, where we tell you in advance what shipping time to expect.

The shipping times are just a guideline and depend on third parties and conditions like e.g., the season.

Which countries are you shipping to?

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States and United Kingdom.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within and outside of Germany equal the processing costs of the logistics provider, namely DHL and Asendia. We sometimes discount shipping fees under specific conditions, like a minimum order value, within particular countries. The discount is automatically applied at the checkout. Subscribe to the newsletter to hear first about discounted shipping conditions.

What currency is my order processed in?

Since we are a Berlin-based brand, all orders are processed in Euros and Cents.

Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation?

Once we carefully packed your order, we pass it on to the shipping provider. You will receive an automatically generated email from them, including a tracking number and further details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. Still missing? Write an email to info@josephatelier.de. We will help you with any trouble.

What shipping method do you use?

We are working with DHL (https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden.html) within Germany and Asendia (https://www.asendia.com/) for international orders.

Are your pieces certified?

We deeply care for every step to be as sustainable as possible. Check out the "About" page for more info on this. The facilities we are working with have the following certifications and partnerships:

Can I send back my orders?

We do everything passionately and invest much love into the brand. We appreciate you choosing your pieces carefully and checking the size charts before you order. That way, you only receive pieces you really want.

If something still needs to be fixed or really doesn't fit you, email info@josephatelier.de, and we will help you! The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer. As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund the money the same way you sent it to us within fourteen days.

How to return a piece?

We do everything passionately and invest much love into the brand. We appreciate you choosing your pieces carefully and checking the size charts before you order. That way, you only receive pieces you really want.

If something still needs to be fixed or really doesn't fit you, email info@josephatelier.de, and we will help you! The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer. As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund the money the same way you sent it to us within fourteen days.

Returns are accepted within 14 working days starting from the arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% resellable condition, in their original packaging, and with all hangtags still attached.

Can I exchange pieces and sizes?

As our collections are limited, having another piece or a different size of your piece in stock is improbable. You can still sign up for a "back in stock" notification on the product page. This will send you an email alert if someone sent back exactly what you were looking for. Be fast.
