SHIPPING

We need up to three business days to process and ship your order. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service.


CUSTOMS

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. This especially applies to orders shipped outside of Germany. We are unable to cover or reimburse any customs-related charges that may occur during international shipping.


RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via email at info@josephatelier.de within 14 days after receiving your parcel. We will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions for returning your item.
Please note:
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Once we received your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
